Any plan, quote, or estimate we provide is an offer that becomes binding only once both parties agree to a formal proposal or statement of work in writing. Fees for our services are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the timeframe specified in that agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of work or services. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you receive a license or ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for your project, as defined in your agreement. Ascendigit retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, templates, and know-how used to deliver the services. You may not resell or redistribute our underlying systems or tooling without our written consent.

Our services often integrate with third-party platforms (such as the WhatsApp Business API, Google Calendar, CRMs, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or actions of these third parties, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of performing under the agreement. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.
